(1)(a) A person is guilty of burglary if they enter a building or a part of a building as a trespasser with intent to steal ,inflict grievous bodily harm or cause criminal damage.
(1)(b) A person is guilty of burglary if having entered a building or a part of a building as a trespasser they steal or inflict grievous bodily harm.

A person is guilty of aggravated burglary if they commit any burglary and at the time has with them a weapon of offence, an imitation firearm, a firearm or an explosive.
